Refund policy

Your satisfaction is important to us - We want you to love our product as much as we do!  We have had third parties extensively test the product on our behalf to ensure it will perform in our houses and yours.  If you are not satisfied by our products, we want to hear your feedback - please contact our customer service at sales@naturfect.com.

 

Damage during shipment – Online Orders

We will replace any items that were damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please email  sales@naturfect.com with ‘shipment damage’ and your order number in the email header.  We will get on it to make it right and have you cleaning and feeling good with your awesome new product.

 

Returns – Online Orders

If you are not satisfied and want to return the product, we will provide you with a full refund for the product price.  Please send us an email at sales@naturfect.com with ‘Product Return’ and your order number in the email header to let us know of the pending return.

Please securely package your return, with a copy of your shipping receipt or order number, in a protective box (ideally the original shipping box) and ship to:

Please send back the product within 15 days of shipping receipt.  Return shipping will be at your cost.  A full refund will be processed using your original mode of payment.  We will notify you once we’ve received your return. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Returns – Retail Purchases

Returns of our product purchased through our retail partners will be in accordance with the return policies of the Retailer.  Please contact the Retailer directly.
